Subaccounts

One of the common challenges a charge point operator faces is how to provide segregated data access to your customer's team. E.g. your customer, a property manager, wants to see stats on charger usage for their properties. You could invite their team members as admins on admin.edrv.io but then they would see data from all your customers.

Or you may have hired a call center to help drivers. In this case, you'll want to give third-party call center staff limited access to manage certain locations and charge stations.

eDRV Subaccounts allows you to manage multiple customer accounts under one master account, and have fine-grained control over users and their access to resources.

Key features include:

  • Master Account Dashboard A new dashboard to manage customer accounts and view data across all customers in one place.
  • Subaccount Dashboard: A dashboard with a unique URL to share with your customers. Customers can only access resources relevant to their account.
  • Resource Management & Access Control: Admins have fine-grained control over which resources your customers can access within their subaccounts. For e.g. you may choose to allow a subaccount access to all Chargestations but only a select set of Rates.
  • User Management with Role-based Access Control: Subaccount users are assigned Roles (Admin, Support, Viewer). This allows admins role-based control over who has permission to view/edit resources.

Admin Dashboard

Chargestations

  • Ability to Add/Edit a Chargestation's Name & Description
  • Option to adjust the visibility and order of the Name column.
  • Chargestation Reports will now include the following additional columns:
    1. Manufacturer
    2. Model
    3. Firmware Version
    4. Serial Number
    5. ICCID
    6. IMSI
  • The Chargestation list will now display the timestamps for the last connection and disconnection when hovering over the Online column.
