SLA Monitoring

eDRV now provides real-time SLA monitoring tailored for our enterprise clients. With this feature, our enterprise customers can access live data on API and OCPP Network uptime, availability, and API/OCPP message error rates through the admin dashboard.

User and API Activity Audit Logs

The admin dashboard now allows you to monitor both user activity and API requests:

  • User Activity: This feature enables you to track actions performed by individual users on specific resources. You can easily view who did what and the status of those actions directly from the admin dashboard.
  • API Activity: With API activity tracking, you can keep a record of all API requests, including their status, providing insights into your API interactions.

Chargestation Diagnostic Logs

We have added the ability to download the diagnostics directly from the dashboard:

  • Request chargestation diagnostic logs without setting up an FTP/HTTP server to save the file.
  • Download log files directly from the dashboard.
  • Access previously requested logs.
  • Monitor diagnostic status notifications.

Chargestation Firmware Update

Enhanced Firmware Update UI enables users to update chargestation firmware from the Admin dashboard. Other features include:

  • Request firmware updates without having the file stored on an FTP/HTTP server.
  • Track the previously updated firmware.
  • Monitor firmware status notifications.

Bug fixes

  • Fixed the OCPP Logs date range filter.

  • Load Management: When removing the chargestation from the load management group, any power limit on the ongoing session will now be cleared.
