Service Level Agreement monitoring enables our enterprise customers to monitor eDRV's API and OCPP service for availability and errors over time.

Currently, we provide SLA monitoring for the following eDRV services:
V1.1 API
- Service Availability
- Total number of API requests
- Request counts for successful requests, including HTTP response codes
- Request counts for failed requests, including HTTP response codes
OCPP CSMS
- Service Availability
